Casemax
CaseMAX is a touch screen ADL documentation and coding application that enhances clinical compliance and financial reimbursement. Rather than forcing caregivers to understand and interpret complex regulatory definitions, CaseMAX electronically interviews caregivers on the care that they provide, asking them simply yes/no questions, and then codes and scored their responses according to Medicare guidelines. The result is improved accuracy and scoring of ADLs, yielding significantly improved Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. But don’t just take our word for it; see what our customers are saying:
- “We have been using the CaseMAX documentation system for ADLs for approximately one year with noted improvements in ADL scores and increased revenue for the facility based on Medicare RUGs and Case Mix Index (CMI). In review of our ADL scores of last year, the average was 11.8. The current average ADL score is 13.8. Our CMI one year ago was 1.05 and is now 1.2.” Chris - MDS Coordinator
- “The questions on the CaseMAX are user friendly and accurately document the late loss ADLs. The ADL score is consistently going up since installation thus has increased imbursements from the state.” Deb - MDS Coordinator
- “Our nursing facility has been using the CaseMAX System since mid-March of this year. During the period of its use, we have seen our CMI increase from 1.02 to 1.16. Our Part A reimbursement is at our highest level ever reported as well.” Delores - Administrator
