MDS 3.0 Calculator Launcher
The MDS 3.0 Calculator by TheraStat Data Corp allows you to quickly and easily see the effect of changing any item included in the RUG IV Grouper. It includes rates for every part of the country as well as Case Mix Index (CMI) for most Case Mix states. The tool is completely free to use.

You might find it helpful to watch the tutorial video which explains some of the features of the calculator. Be aware that the rates for RUG IV have not been published so the calculator is using 2010 rates. Additionally there are no rates for the new RUGs.
