A comprehensive health and life insurance program is available for you and your family.  We provide group insurance underwritten by a national insurance carrier.  You may choose to accept or decline the insurance coverages.  If you decline the insurance coverages, you must sign a waiver indicating your declination.  Specific details on eligibility, coverages, cost, and plan limitations are available in documents provided by the insurance company and Rehab Solutions.
