Continuing Education

Rehab Solutions makes available to its full-time employees a maximum of $600.00 per anniversary year.  This benefit is available on a prorated basis to .75 employees and part-time employees who work an average of 20 hours or more per week.  The entire amount of funds is available on an annual basis from your hire date.  However, you are not eligible to take CEU during the first ninety (90) days of employment without the approval of the Vice President of Clinical Services.  The CEU funds do not carry over on the anniversary date into the next anniversary year. 

 

The continuing education event you wish to participate in must be relevant to your position and job duties as determined by Rehab Solutions’ management.  Allowable CEU expenses are registration fees for the approved CEU event, hotel, travel and meals, annual licensure, or professional dues.  Except for registration fees, you will be expected to pay for these items and submit an expense report for reimbursement.  See below for information on registration fees.  CEU funds may not be used for purchase of books, therapy equipment or videos.
